By booking our services through xevietnam.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services
X.E Vietnam provides premium limousine transfer services between Hanoi and Ninh Binh destinations including Trang An, Tam Coc, Bai Dinh Pagoda, and Noi Bai International Airport.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
Prices are listed in VND/USD and are subject to change until booking is confirmed.
Instant digital confirmation is provided upon successful booking.
3. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before departure: Full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure: No refund.
No-shows: No refund.
X.E Vietnam reserves the right to cancel trips due to force majeure. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
4. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must be ready at the designated pickup point at the confirmed time.
X.E Vietnam is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
Passengers are responsible for their own travel documents and insurance.
5. On-board Policy

Smoking and consuming alcohol are not permitted on board.
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle.
X.E Vietnam reserves the right to refuse service to disruptive passengers without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on xevietnam.com is the property of X.E Vietnam Travel Co., Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
