2. How to Request a Refund

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds are returned via the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Booking/service fees where applicable.
Third-party costs such as entrance tickets to Trang An, Tam Coc, or Bai Dinh Pagoda.
4. Force Majeure
In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions, or events beyond our control, X.E Vietnam will offer a full refund or free rescheduling.
